The marketing team in TitanHQ is the engine that drives TitanHQ growth across the world. We are joined at the hip with our dynamic sales team and enjoy pursuing growth driven strategies to drive our email and web security solutions to becoming the gold standard solution for SMEs and MSPs worldwide.
We achieve this through both inbound and outbound marketing and work in a fast paced, competitive SaaS environment. Our marketing team work closely together to innovate, improve and test new methods to grow TitanHQ fastly and effectively.
The successful candidate will have a passion for digital marketing and a thirst for work and growth. Ambitious, independent, innovative and a clear, strategic thinkers. At times you’ll have to pull the sleeves up and go deep on the problem-solving front. This position needs a self-motivated person who can work with a team and drive projects individually.
A background in B2B software potentially helps as does experience with CRM and marketing automation systems. You also need the ability to manage a trade show or two as well!

Responsibilities include but not limited to:
Creation of focused marketing programs to drive awareness and interest in TitanHQ's 3 core products; WebTitan, SpamTitan and ArcTitan. This role is the marriage of marketing programs coupled with a structured sales process.
Working closely with our Marketing team to grow an efficient and effective demand generation engine to accelerate TitanHQ’s growth.
Manage TitanHQ’s marketing automation software, Act-On. Processes included but not limited to: CRM integration, database segmentation for targeted campaigns, workflow analysis, lead nurturing, lead scoring, multivariate A/B testing. Experience of martech stacks and 3rd party tools a bonus.
Collaborate with our in-house Content Marketing, Design, SEO, and SEM teams to build best in-class fully aligned demand generation campaigns.
Liaise with the sales team to ensure pre- and post-event deliverables from our in-person events. Regularly attend these international conferences to generate leads, demonstrate product value to potential clients and learn more about our target market.
Evaluate data to identify trends and opportunities across the digital market and provide recommendations and changes based on results to continually increase conversion rates.
Provide regular reports to the marketing and sales leadership for activities undertaken and performance of campaigns.
Online paid marketing for a fast-paced SaaS web security business including Facebook, LinkedIn, Twitter, Spiceworks, Yandex, Reddit.
Planning, implementation, execution, analysis and constant improvement of global email marketing campaigns. Use of various email marketing automation software, primarily MailChimp and Campaign Monitor. Creation of benchmarks and tracking performance across email and push notification subscriber list size and engagement metrics.
Development of captivating online creative. Email marketing. PR - working on PR releases and distribution. Development of promotional materials and advertising campaigns for our different vertical markets.
A team player who enjoys a fast-paced environment and wants a career in SaaS marketing. Needs the ability to drive projects to the finish line.
