In order to grow, we need to expand our team, hence we are looking for VP Sales -US. This is a fantastic opportunity for an energetic and passionate individual who wants to join a Company in which we they will lead a dynamic and growing sales team, oversee their interaction with the company and take responsibility for development commercial relationships. The role will also require a constant feedback loop from our strategic customers to the product and software development group to ensure that the needs of our most strategic partners are being met.

Key Responsibilities include:

This role will take responsibility for the management of the US sales team and the attainment of the associated revenue targets. Key responsibilities will include:

  • Meet and exceed monthly, quarterly and annual sales revenues as per agreed targets.
  • Lead and develop a high performing US sales team.
  • Responsible for driving weekly/monthly/annual KPI’s for the new business sales team, including (but not limited to) leads conversion, opportunity creation and conversion, unit sales, revenue goal attainment.
  • Responsible for forecasting and pipeline management to provide as much transparency and predictability as possible regarding sales revenues.
  • Engage with customers and prospective customers as appropriate and provide sales representatives with insight on selling best practices, sales strategy and tactics.
  • Liaise with the Sales Management Team on the coordination, control and improvement of workflows within the sales organisation.
  • Work directly with the Global Sales Director and input into sales strategy, planning and team development.
  • Reporting and data analysis to senior management, as required.
  • Management of sales tools, aides and other related sales documentation


Who we are looking for:              

  • A self-starter with a strategic focus and a proven record of success in a software based (preferably SaaS based) sales environment.
  • An aptitude for understanding technology and in particular an ability to understand TitanHQ’s products to the required technical standard.
  • A successful track record in ‘hunting’ for business by identifying opportunities and nurturing them through to sales revenues.
  • Demonstrated success in managing, leading and motivating sales people.
  • A strong communicator adept in both written and verbal communication.
  • An organised individual with an aptitude for analysing data and presenting findings.
  • Experience selling successfully in the technology space, Cyber Security an added advantage.
  • Excellent communicator, adept at presenting and report writing with ability to prepare a strong business case and to articulate same.
  • A team player with the ability to work cross functionally both at TitanHQ and at the customer site.
