What do you like best about SpamTitan Email Security? Easy to use, install and configure. It integrated very well with our other apps. It is really effective, it has deleted all the spam from the multiple accounts we have. It works very well with respect to viruses. Easy to use product but a few end user enhancements would be nice

What do you like best about SpamTitan Email Security? SpamTitan does its job and does it well. Spam gets sent to quarantine, emails go out every morning with a link to the quarantine. It just works. Recommendations to others considering SpamTitan Email Security: Mostly SpamTitan just works. If using virtualization, I would recommend having a second machine running the FreeBSD version that SpamTitan is currently using (now FreeBSD 10.0). The only real headaches involve corruption of the root file system. In this case it's hugely helpful to have a second virtual machine where you can mount the SpamTitan Appliance's HD and fix the file system. Otherwise, you need to interrupt the boot process and the steps can get quite involved. This should only take a couple of hours, but can make your life a lot easier. What problems is SpamTitan Email Security solving and how is that benefiting you? Email filtering and virus filtering.
