With our focus on web filtering and security for K-12 schools and school districts we’re delighted to announce that Eric Simpson will be attending Masscue. MassCUE and M.A.S.S. 2016 Annual Technology Conference are co-sponsored by the Massachusetts Computer Using Educators (MassCUE) and the Massachusetts Association of School Superintendents (M.A.S.S.).

We will be providing educators from across New England with an insight into how we can help them in keeping staff and students secure from web based threats. We’re there to discuss how our flexible, cloud based web filtering solution has assisted other K-12’s and school districts.

WiFi Now 2016 International Expo

After our keynote speech at WiFi Now in March we’ve been invited to return to WiFi now but this time in London, UK.  Conor Madden, our Head of Global Sales, will again take the stage with WiFi leaders from BT and Vodafone to discuss current security issues in the WiFi industry.

In his session entitled: “DNS Filtering – the future of content filtering for WiFi” Conor will outline HTTPS developments that will impact WiFi carriers over the coming months and how DNS filtering is the future in this arena.

Eric will be bringing his K-12 learnings to California as well this quarter. The EDUCAUSE Annual Conference is the premier convening of IT professionals and technology providers across the higher education sector. The conference creates networking opportunities for colleagues to share ideas regarding strategies, leading change, effective processes, what's working, and sometimes—more importantly—what isn't.

That’s where Eric comes in – he’s there to discuss why we got web filtering right for our K-12 partners and how we can hopefully help you.

He’ll be discussing the importance of web filtering in an educational environment with a particular slant towards K-12 schools and districts. We’ve a long and successful history of web security projects across K-12 schools and Universities across the United States and globally.  

This Digital Curriculum Discussion event is a day-long meeting of local Superintendents, Chief Academic Officers, CIOs, Instructional Technologists and others of general interest in the transition to digital curriculum.

Our busy few weeks with the K-12 sector conclude for 2016 at the fantastic CEPTA annual conference, the 56th one. CETPA is the only association in California focusing on the needs of  IT Professionals working in schools. Once again Eric Simpson is there to discuss the web filtering and anti-spam needs of schools in the area.
