Webinar Transcript

0:04
Hello everyone, and welcome to today's webinar.

0:07
Today this topic is on how PhishTitan enhances Microsoft 35 threat coach and auto remediation.

0:14
Thank you all so much for joining today.

0:16
We're delighted to bring you this webinar.

0:18
So we originally launched Phish Titan in January of this year, and the feedback from our cluster base has been amazing.

0:24
And the team have worked so hard in the meantime to improve its product over the last nine months.

0:29
So I'm delighted to be joined here today with Connor Hynes, Director of Product Management and Data Strategy.

0:35
Connor has been instrumental, to say the least in the production of PhishTitan, So it's great to have him here today.

0:41
Connor, welcome.

0:43
Hey, Drea.

0:43
Thanks, William.

0:44
Yeah, looking forward to having a good discussion.

0:47
Yeah, it should be good.

0:48
Just before we get started, just some housekeeping for everyone.

0:51
The webinar is being recorded and will be sent out, sent out afterwards, so feel free to share with your team.

0:57
There will be time allocated for Q&A at the end, so any questions for Connor, you can fire them into the chat and we will get to them.

1:05
Any that we don't manage to get to, we'll contact you directly with the answers and we'll be doing a survey at the end.

1:12
So if we don't mind just taking a minute to answer to get some feedback and to see if you're interested in learning more about phish tight end, please let us know.

1:20
So for those who aren't too familiar with us.

1:24
So Titan HQ is the best in class cybersecurity company based in Galway, Ireland.

1:29
We've been in business since 1999 and we offer different layers of cybersecurity solutions to MSPSMSPS and enterprises.

1:38
So you can see here we've got a range of solutions.

1:40
And today we're going to deep dive into Phish Titan.

1:43
So Connor, I'll hand it over to you to let's get into it.

1:47
Yeah, sounds good, Trevor.

1:49
I'm just going to take control.

1:49
So Trevor, just let me know when the screen is updated.

1:53
Absolutely.

2:00
No, that's over to you now, Connor.

2:04
Perfect.

2:06
Good to go, Trevor.

2:07
Yeah, it looks good.

2:08
Just the 11 domain there.

2:12
Super.

2:13
OK, so look guys, just to kick off as Sriva said, we, we launched Phish Titan January of this year.

2:21
We've put a huge amount of effort over the last couple of months.

2:24
Listen to I guess customer feedback, particularly MSPs and administrators to understand, you know, how we can make the product better.

2:30
And obviously we one of the the key visions for the product function too as well is to develop platform, not just a single solution.

2:38
And I'm going to speak about that today as well.

2:40
So primarily talking about phish Titan, but also just talking about, you know, the future of the platform and what that entails.

2:47
So this is just a quick snapshot of of what the dashboard of the platform looks like.

2:52
I'm going to come back to this in a few minutes, but I just wanted to give you guys the overall impression of, you know, this is a single unified platform with multiple solutions with, you know, phish tightening.

3:02
We also have phishing simulation SAT and we also have an e-mail archiving solution.

3:07
So just want to give you a half chart of this for now, just to set the scene of where we're going as a product and as a company as a product function.

3:15
And yes, look, I'm going to deep dive really into phish tightening for those of you who some of you have seen phish tightening, some of you haven't.

3:22
So I'm just going to do a deep dive at an NSP level to begin with.

3:28
So what you can see here is I guess it's your customer view.

3:31
You know, we, we want to have a single unified view for an MSP and administrator to understand, you know, what, what other customers are doing, you know, how active they are, when they were created and what solutions they have.

3:43
So you know, on the on the right hand side here, you can see that you know, for each customer, you have a particular solution, you have e-mail security, you have which is phish tank and you have phishing simulation, you have SAT and you have air, air kiving.

3:55
So all in the single area, you can also see the the entries 5 connection status.

4:01
And this is really important as a as an IT admin, as you guys want to understand, you know, are my customers connected at the receiving mail is everything up and running and they're connected.

4:11
It's almost like a health indicator.

4:13
These guys are connected, they're working, everything is working as planet.

4:17
So that's your single Snapchat from a customer perspective for this demo count here, we've kept it relatively small with six customers.

4:23
As you can see, 3 customers are connected 3 arms just to give the overall impression of the the different status is that you might see, you know, as part of your single dashboard.

4:34
Then just I guess jumping straight into the products, I guess are the solutions.

4:37
This is your phish dating overview page.

4:38
And again, we've tried to bring as much information to the fore, you know, because I guess we, we're really constant of, you know, the, the time it takes to administer multiple solutions to as well.

4:50
So we try to make things as simple as possible, you know, bringing really information to the fore.

4:54
So you can see how many emails have been analysed over a 37 day.

4:58
You can see how many incidents that are happening right now, your active user account and your licence usage for travel account as well in a few minutes in the top right hand corner.

5:07
And again, you can see your customers too as well because your customers change beneath the different solutions that you may have to as well.

5:13
So it's really important that not only do you see your customers at a platform level, but you also see them at a solution level too as well.

5:19
Because you may not have, you may have 6 customers, but you may only give, you know, e-mail security to three of them.

5:24
So you just want to see those three at this level.

5:28
I guess the, the need of where phish Titan lies.

5:30
And I guess the value of phish Titan is in the efficacy and the incident.

5:33
So you know, your incident area is basically where I guess this is, this is the heartbeat of the solution.

5:39
You know, this is where you see the different incidents that are happening or, or the, the emails that have already been detected, I guess by phish items.

5:47
I'll, I'll go to this view first, which is your resolve tab, which is, you know, all of the, the, the live emails that have come in over the last couple of days that the, that the product has detected.

5:58
So I can see when they were when they were sent the the subject line, the sender, the flag reasons basically why it was detected barely say this is too as well that you might have.

6:10
So you know, you might reply remediation.

6:13
You could have all remediation also turned on too as well, which I've come to.

6:16
And then the green tags are basically when the administrator makes an action, whether that's the market is safe or send it to junk and the status will update you as well.

6:26
So one of the key things that we've done over the last couple of months is this page, as I said, is the heartbeat of the product.

6:30
So we've tried to make it as intuitive and as user friendly as possible.

6:33
So there is no drilling down into emails, you know, with a single click of a button, I'll get a slide out which gives me various different details of a particular particular e-mail.

6:42
So this is an e-mail here that has been, you know, has our has our marked a safe banner, which basically means the administrator thinks it's a clean e-mail.

6:49
No problem with that, it's safe.

6:50
I can see here that this is a malicious 1.

6:53
So basically I can see here this is actually a malicious e-mail with a malicious link embedded into the context of the e-mail.

7:01
I see the various different reasons here.

7:03
I see spoofed e-mail as well.

7:04
And as you can see when I flip through the different malicious emails, you can see that we have dynamics aren't static they change based on the the different types of detection that we've caught.

7:16
So this is a display name spoofing.

7:18
The next one might be you know this is a spam 1, so you know your spam out or phishing has been detected.

7:24
So the rationale, I guess behind the dynamic banners is we don't want phish Tank to just be a tool that protects.

7:31
We needed to educate too as well.

7:32
And I think by by providing some context within the banners, you know, you're, you're ultimately your end users are they're getting protected and they're getting warnings, but they're also getting educated on what to look on for.

7:43
So, you know, a spoofed e-mail display banner here is very, very clear displaying as spoofing has been detected.

7:49
Your next logical flow is to go, OK, can I, can I see the e-mail right?

7:53
Can I see who it was sent to, who it was from?

7:55
I can see it says here it's from phishtank@gmail.com.

7:58
Again, if I have an IT administrator, I can come into the receipt header section here and I can see it's been spoofed here.

8:04
It's been spoofed, it's stared at, It's not actually a phishtype.gmail.com.

8:07
So again, various elements of detection and this is again, this is the harpy of the product and we are really, really proud of our FCC rates.

8:15
You know, since January, you know, our false positive and false negative rate has been exceptional, you know, and we've seen that in we've done, you know, numerous third party studies and they have looked at our, our detection rates and we are, you know, we are industry standard and our industry leading at the minute.

8:30
So very, very happy with how that's going.

8:33
One, I guess really clever feature that has been released in recent days, recent Ansari has been thread coach.

8:38
So one of the emails that I spoke about earlier, which is the IT has an embedded link in between the two as well.

8:46
We'd like to provide some more context for the IT administrators so we can run thread coach just using our own AI, our own.

8:53
And what that does is it provides some, you know, context and highlights the reason, the rationale behind the e-mail.

8:58
So if I make this a bit bigger here, I can see we've now started to highlight elements of what a malicious e-mail might look like.

9:06
So you can see here this is a, you know, possibly social engineering attempt and also the URL.

9:10
So I can see it has a generic reading.

9:13
It has urgency, which is, you know, one of the main drivers for phishing e-mail is urgency.

9:18
So we're providing more context around, you know, what's, what are the really bad characteristics look like within an e-mail.

9:24
I also have an indicator guide here as well, which is, you know, it highlights and it's colour coded.

9:28
So I can look back here.

9:29
I can see generic greeting with blue matches up here.

9:33
I can see, you know, to the urgency or threading language in yellow.

9:36
It highlights where within the e-mail I have urgency and threading language.

9:39
So again, just trying to give the IT administrator as much tools and as much information as possible to make their life as easy as possible.

9:47
Another feature here, another feature, another area choose here.

9:50
I can see affected users.

9:51
So basically I can see how many recipients of this e-mail were.

9:56
In this case, it's just one, but if I was to action this e-mail, I only need to action it once and it affects all all all recipients.

10:05
So basically, if I want to remediate this e-mail with one action here, it will get removed from a user's inbox.

10:11
If I want to mark it as safe or allow, I don't have to do this multiple times from multiple recipients with the single click of a button, it automatically gets remediated.

10:19
So at that point, I might just do a segue on to remediation because I guess it's probably one of the main features are functionality within the product.

10:29
So you have two options when it comes to remediation.

10:31
You have manual and you have auto.

10:34
What manual means is basically as you saw, you see the banners within the e-mail.

10:37
So we provide dynamic banners based various different detection elements.

10:43
And as I said, they protect and they educate, but the e-mail stays in the user's inbox.

10:47
And then you have auto remediation, which basically means if you switch on auto remediation, once we detect that an e-mail is you know, spam phishing, social engineering attempts, we automatically removed from the inbox.

11:00
So it gets route into a junk folder automatically.

11:04
You know our recommended that they would be that you turn on auto remediation after maybe a 14 or 21 day.

11:13
Because you know, it is an API driven solution.

11:16
It is constantly learning.

11:18
We recommend you leave manual remediation on for maybe a two or three-week.

11:22
You understand how the the system embeds.

11:25
You may need to add certain allow send address to the allow list.

11:30
Once you're happy in that the product is up and running and and efficient, we, we recommend you turn on auto mediation and then it's almost the set and forget at that stage.

11:39
The only time then a an incident will occur or be brought to your attention is when a user reports it via our own proprietary outlook.

11:47
Adding to as well, which was part of the so that that's auto mediation very, very popular feature.

11:54
As I said, I would say up to, you know, 6070% of our customers right now are using auto mediation.

12:00
Those that aren't that aren't love the educational element of the banners and and we're really beginning to see a rise in that also.

12:06
And that, you know, there there is realisation.

12:09
You know, if you next see a phishing e-mail, it's very hard to to spot 1 when it comes.

12:13
So you're almost better educating and showing what characteristics look like with an efficient e-mail to you as well.

12:20
In this page also, which is our configuration area you see as well.

12:23
It's, it's, it's, it's quite light and that's on purpose.

12:26
We, we don't want to have a highly configurable solution.

12:29
We want to make things as easy and intuitive as possible.

12:31
So you have remediation, you have spoofing, basically turn on staying spoofing.

12:36
We have frequently exploited domains and we have Greymail, which is mapping to as well.

12:40
So, you know, we want to make things a single click of a button.

12:42
If you want to, if you want to remove Greymail, it's a single click of a button.

12:45
If you want to add a banner to, you know, frequently exploited domains, again, it's the click of one button.

12:50
We're, we're, we're trying to make a solution here that is, you know, super U, easy to use, really simplistic and, you know, really beneficial for the, for the IT administrators who we know are talking about.

13:03
So at that stage too as well.

13:05
I might come back to I'm just going to give you a look at what an inbox might look like when it is protected with phish Titan.

13:10
So this is the demo account that I was just speaking about and I can see here the outlook add in is natively inbuilt to your to your outlook clients.

13:18
So I can see here I can report an e-mail a phishing theme again with a single clickable button.

13:23
So we really get the benefit of network effects here.

13:26
The more people that have become part of the phish tag customer base, the stronger and better the product is getting because you're getting user feedback on a daily basis.

13:35
We, we have a, you know, a human powered AI detection system too as well, which means that we don't just trust an AI who's ultimately improving the system.

13:43
It runs through a team of data analysts too as well, who who improved the efficacy of the engine.

13:50
You can also see here what the banners look like within within the e-mail inbox.

13:53
So you know, this is an e-mail that has been marked as safe.

13:56
So that means that your IT administrator has had a look.

13:59
It does have a link, but you know what we've done our cheques.

14:01
That's a that's a safe e-mail.

14:04
Another example might be one where it actually has a malicious link in it and you can see that the banner has been applied.

14:10
So and this is what your inbox will look like when you have when you have a phish item in place.

14:15
As you can see, the banners are are really are visible, you know, and that's really important.

14:19
You know, you want to you want to create that pause that that moment of reflection when an end user comes upon an e-mail that like this, force them to pause, look at the e-mail.

14:30
If it is has a warning banner, you do not want them to click on that link.

14:34
So that's that.

14:36
That's what your inbox will look like.

14:39
There are some other emails here too as well.

14:41
There are some marketing emails, but different, different types of banners.

14:44
So your Greymail banner will actually be a, a blue banner.

14:48
You have your exploited domains, which is an orange banner.

14:51
So that just gives you a quick overview of what your inbox would look like.

14:55
As I said, not every e-mail is bannered.

14:57
We don't banner clean emails because they're normal banners.

15:01
That's that's the type of behaviour that we want to encourage here.

15:03
But we do banner anything that's malicious or Greymail or exploited domains.

15:09
This is what your your inbox will look like.

15:13
OK, so just going back to the product again, that's a high level overview of of the product.

15:20
We also have a new licencing area too as well.

15:22
And this is I guess key, key feedback we've got over the last six months is if you are going to build a platform that you don't want to have multiple different licencing areas on your different solutions.

15:32
What you can see here is I can see my whole licencing estate here basically.

15:37
So I can see my 6 customers on the on the table down below, I can see how many licences have been issued.

15:43
I can see the active user account and I'll pause on the active user account because I think that might be good, a good time to clarify.

15:50
I guess we replicate the M365 usage count.

15:53
So basically whatever your M365 bill is, that's how we match here.

15:57
We match active users.

15:59
We don't count shared inboxes.

16:02
We do protect shared inboxes, but we don't count them.

16:04
We don't count aliases either, but we do protect them.

16:07
So that's what we're trying to think.

16:09
We're trying to match the entries 5 licence count as much as possible.

16:12
Again, as I said, this is now a unified platform view, so it's not just particular to phish Titan.

16:17
So if you have any of our other solutions in a single view, you can just flip between it and you can see your phishing simulation.

16:22
Let's say if you have that solution, which I'll come to it automatically updates the charts and the licence too as well.

16:28
So again, just trying to make things as easy as possible.

16:32
You guys are, you know, time for yeah, you don't want to be wasting a huge amount of time here looking at your licencing and recidation at the end the moment you want to make as easy as possible, which is what we'll try to do here.

16:44
So that's, that's phish Titan.

16:45
I know that was a pretty quick run through and look for you might have some questions there.

16:49
But I think I might just jump into phishing simulation for a few minutes because I know it's a good segue into, I guess e-mail security.

16:57
And you know, we know that phishing simulation is is a key element to e-mail security.

17:01
And this is an additional solution that we have, we have brought over the last couple of months, again, replicating the whole phish Titan UI.

17:10
You know, it's, it's very, very similar.

17:12
It's, it's really simplistic.

17:15
I think that's, that's the key here.

17:16
Really simplistic, really efficient to create a campaign probably takes, you know, 30 seconds from start to finish.

17:23
I, I come in here, I can, I can name my campaign, I can do a campaign duration.

17:27
We have a really clever feature and that we do a perpetual or continuous campaign, which means every two weeks everyone in your stage gets a bit lower.

17:35
So again, making it easy as possible, you just set this up, set and forget it has auto enrollments.

17:42
I click next, I select A particular customer that I want to give it to, pick a demo customer.

17:47
I click next.

17:48
Again, I get a summary of what's going to happen, which is a continuous campaign on the 23rd of of September and it's saying Laura will be sent every two weeks.

17:57
So that's 30 seconds a click for your campaign.

18:01
Soon as I do that, your people within your organisation start to get emails and these are phishing simulation emails.

18:07
These are lures based on, you know, hundreds of different topics, hundreds of different categories and industries replicating real life phishing doors.

18:16
So that's that happens automatically.

18:18
So as soon as I click create a campaign, you're, you're all of your users via burst in batch mode, which means no one in your organisation gets the same e-mail at the same time.

18:29
So they are now starting to be protected.

18:30
So if I click on the phishing simulation campaign here, it will start to generate these lures.

18:35
The next time I come in here, I would be able to see all of my users who's actually going to get the e-mail when their schedules, what's the status if a load is being clicked or not?

18:45
And then the number of clicks as well.

18:46
So you get your response rate to that.

18:48
So a very, very simple, really, really simplistic solution, but that we know provides a huge amount of value.

18:55
I can also get a sample of the, the lures that we've sent and I can also send tests, which is basically you want to test the solution out for yourself.

19:03
I can come in here, I can just send myself a test lure automatically gets sent into your inbox.

19:09
You can check and see the type of lures that we're that you're getting that you're about to send out by different topics, by different industries.

19:17
So yeah, that's not a huge amount of sand phishing simulation because I said it's an it's an ultra simplistic solution.

19:23
Sorry, I'm just going to jump back out here for a second dashboard.

19:27
OK, so just to jump back to the dashboard here.

19:30
This is the overall view that I started with.

19:33
This is your unified platform.

19:35
I've gone through phishing simulation.

19:37
I also have security awareness training, which is basically providing training content to your customer base.

19:43
Again, we followed the exact same approach as as phishing SIM and and phish diving make it as easy as possible with with with four simple actions.

19:51
I can name a campaign, SAT campaign one.

19:56
I can pick a particular topic.

19:59
I pick banking online today, click next again, I select my customers.

20:04
I can give it to all customers too as well if needs be.

20:07
And I I click complete.

20:08
And what that happens then is you start to send SAT training content to all of your users over a particular.

20:16
Whatever.

20:17
You you choose.

20:18
So again, really simplistic.

20:22
All unified under a single platform and there's no jumping between UIS, as you can see here.

20:27
The ease of use here and the way I was able to jump between the different elements of the platform too was really simple.

20:33
All in a single view too as well.

20:35
So I know that was relatively quick, but I'm happy to pause for some questions there if there's any.

20:44
That was brilliant, Connor.

20:46
Thanks so much.

20:47
That was really great.

20:47
I think really good deep dive into the products of Phish Titan and see the new products in the platform, which is really great to see.

20:56
Yeah, well, welcoming questions now.

20:59
I'll just put on my screen here, show screen perfect.

21:22
Yeah, so questions.

21:23
We have loads coming in.

21:24
I just want to wait for a few more to come in.

21:26
I just want to do a quick highlight before we get into them.

21:32
Sorry.

21:33
I just want to make sure my screen is showing.

21:36
Yeah, perfect.

21:43
Yeah.

21:43
I just want to give a quick kind of shout out to our testimonials that we have from our customers.

21:50
I just thought it was a really nice one to show everyone out here in the audience.

21:54
A nice little quote that we have from one of our customers currently using Phish Titan.

21:58
I'll let you read it.

21:59
But yeah, nice to see good feedback coming through.

22:02
And just another shout out before we get into the questions as well is we'd currently have a Phish Titan pricing offer available up until the end of September.

22:11
So we will be finishing that out on the 30th.

22:14
So if you're interested in Phish Titan offer, please let let us know.

22:19
We'll have a survey at the end where you can just give us a shout.

22:21
Umm we can answer if you're interested in learning more about the pricing offer and we can reach out with the details.

22:28
So uh questions.

22:30
Connor we actually have loads in uh, which is great to see.

22:34
The first question that pops up here is umm this customer is currently using spam Titan.

22:40
What's the difference between spam Titan and phish Titan?

22:43
Connor yeah, that's a really common question.

22:46
Viva Umm, I suppose there's the whole outside in approach.

22:49
Umm, you know, spam Titan is an excellent tool for the outside in detection.

22:55
So your your generic, you know, spam and maybe very basic malicious emails coming in.

23:01
Phish Titan is a far more advanced product and it's also scanning inbound emails too as well.

23:05
So you know, you have spam Titan protection.

23:08
You're outside in phish Titan is protecting your inside your tenant.

23:12
And and by being inside, we can do so much more.

23:15
And we can also do, you know, posted remediation, auto manual remediation, we can, we can start to alter the emails too as well with the banners, as I said.

23:24
So you know, there's a, we have a huge amount of customers who are using spam lighting and phish tightening in unison.

23:30
Ultimately, you know, that wants that needs to happen in a single platform too as well, which is our vision.

23:35
But I guess the the simple answer if you have a spam lighting is you're you're outside in stops your, your, your spam, your, your, your malware, your kind of very basic malicious, whereas phish tightening is, is stopping those, you know, really dangerous emails that can be business killers, you know, and and that's that's where it lives right now.

23:54
Over time, I think it'll have additional functionality too as well that will make it a really, really strong API plus inline solution.

24:00
But for now, the two products work very, very well in using brilliant.

24:04
So you're kind of giving that that getting that multi layered approach to them phishing emails.

24:10
And another question here, Connor, we currently use FAMTI and as you know, the admin has to review the emails before they get the recipient mailbox.

24:22
Is this tool different and allows the questionable emails to arrive in the inbox and the user will react based on the banner?

24:29
Yeah, that's exactly it.

24:30
So the user can react based on the banner or the user can react if it doesn't have a banner either too as well, you know, and once that happens, the IT administrator can get notified via via Teams.

24:40
We're also bringing in APSA integrations as well.

24:44
So you know, the user can can use the outlook add in as I showed that can send a notification to the IT administrator where they can go in and either mark it as clean or, you know, remediate it to a junk folder or add it to an allow or block list too as well going forward.

24:58
So that's that's that's the intention behind that.

25:00
The the behaviour trivia.

25:02
Brilliant.

25:03
Thanks, Connor.

25:04
Loads of questions coming in, so I'll just mention if I don't get to all of them today, we'll reach out to you directly with the answers.

25:11
Another question here, Connor, if we go Phish Titan and have E5 security with Microsoft, would we still need Spam Titan?

25:19
What would you recommend?

25:21
Well, that's a great, great question.

25:23
Obviously I would never want Animal to take Spam Titan out.

25:27
I would still leave it in place to be honest.

25:28
Microsoft definitely has weaknesses in different areas, regardless of whether it's E5.

25:33
You know, I think one of the testimonials that, that Trevor showed there was actually an E5 customer.

25:37
And that's why we, we highlighted because they were, they're an E5 customer, one of the highest levels of protection with Microsoft.

25:44
And they are still seeing when they have fan heightening and phish tightening in place.

25:48
They are, they are getting this, I guess, 360 holistic approach to protection.

25:52
You know, it's all about layers.

25:55
Microsoft is definitely not perfect.

25:56
They have a lot of gaps, particularly around, you know, spoofing attempts and some social engineering attempts too as well.

26:03
So you know, we're really seeing the benefit of having, you know, spam Titan plus Phish Titan on top of all of the Microsoft that has a huge amount of benefit.

26:12
Totally.

26:13
And actually going back to our testimonial, I mentioned earlier, it says here that this customer is using E5 and Phish Titan and found that very beneficial.

26:24
So kind of good one to look at as a user case, OK And Connor, how can we have Emilio here and Emilio's wondering how can they get set up on the phishing simulation very, very easily.

26:43
So I, I, I didn't touch on it there, but the, the onboarding into the platform, this unified platform is probably 4 to 5 minutes.

26:50
That's all it takes.

26:51
So we connect to Microsoft 365 and then I mean, regardless of what solution you have, it's a flick of a switch.

26:58
There's no new onboarding.

27:00
So the four solutions are three solutions that I went through.

27:02
If you want to send or add those to a particular customer, you don't have to do anything.

27:07
It is literally the flick of switch.

27:08
They don't need to re onboard.

27:09
They don't need to accept new permissions.

27:11
It is a four or five minute process.

27:13
So if you're a current phish tank customer that's that's in right now and you want to use phish tank phishing simulation, sorry if you were to just reach out to your AE or support, they can, they can switch it on, you know, in 30 seconds you'll have phishing simulation and you can start to create a campaign that's brilliant.

27:29
It's actually interesting to highlight kind of kind of one of my key takeaways from your presentation there was the, the timings it takes to set up everything like 30 seconds.

27:39
It's such a short time to set this up and the ease of use and the simplicity of the solutions.

27:44
That's what really stood out to me, uh, throughout your presentation.

27:47
Yeah yeah.

27:48
And I know it's a, it was a quick presentation, but I think that's the message that we want to get across here is that it's really, really easy to use this platform.

27:55
Uh, and ultimately it's going to grow and it'll have multiple solutions and, uh, it'll have different functionality, but right now it is an industry leading platform, but it's really based on simplicity.

28:03
You know, we've really tried to listen to MSPs and IT administrators and, and figure out, you know, how we can simplify this thing as much as possible and, and really make it easy because we know that, you know, time is time.

28:15
Is that the essence for, for IT administrators?

28:19
Brilliant.

28:20
And Connor, just another question here on the platform, someone's asking here, do they have to re onboard on the platform to use other solutions or how does that work?

28:31
No, no, that's just as I spoke about there.

28:33
It's, it's a single onboarding.

28:35
So you want you onboard a customer once, let's say you deploy them to Phish Titan in a month's time, you want to give them the SAT solution.

28:43
There is no new onboarding.

28:44
It is just a flick of a switch and you can create campaigns.

28:47
So it's a single onboarding for every single customer.

28:52
That's brilliant.

28:53
It's great.

28:55
Umm, just another one on the pricing licencing.

28:58
How is that based Connor?

29:01
Yeah. So, umm, I know I touched on the territory, but so basically we matched the M3S5 licence console.

29:07
We, we protect aliases and we protect shared inboxes, but we don't count them towards your active usage, Uh, number.

29:13
So what we do is we, again, we took feedback from MSPs and said, look, just just match the M365 number as much as possible, which is what we've tried to do.

29:21
So for example, in Titan HQ, you know, phish Titan is probably protecting, you know, close to 6700 mailboxes.

29:27
But we know that we're, you know, we, we have a smaller, smaller active user content that, so that's exactly the type of behaviour we want.

29:34
We want to match M365 as much as possible to make the billing for for MSPs easy.

29:42
Brilliant.

29:42
That's great.

29:42
The goal is to make lives a little bit easier for our MSPs, isn't it?

29:48
Correct.

29:49
And in terms of the platform, Connor, umm, it's great to see the platform in action.

29:53
I know behind the scenes we even work a long time.

29:56
What's the future of the platform?

29:58
What does that look like?

30:00
Yeah, it's a good question, Trevor.

30:01
Umm, look, I think the, the future is a, a unified cybersecurity platform.

30:06
So right now it's, it has been a security, umm, API, let's say e-mail security.

30:11
We want to bring in inline e-mail security too as well, which will be, you know, pre inbox delivery and also post inbox delivery.

30:18
So you know, a full 365 e-mail security solution within the platform.

30:22
It'll have a full SAT and product, you know, which is obviously launching in the next week or two, which is our really, really excited about.

30:29
And then the process of bringing our other solutions into the platform over the next 12 to 18 months.

30:34
That's our intention.

30:35
So it's to, you know, consolidate to consolidate solutions in a single platform and improve them.

30:41
They're, you know, built on really modern technology, really scalable and, and technology that you can add to very, very quickly.

30:48
You know, I think one of the key pieces of feedback we've got from our phish tank customers is the speed of improvement over the last, you know, 9-10 months have been dramatic, which is, you know, that's great feedback to get.

30:59
So that's, that's our journey with the platform, a single area for MSPs to administer their customers.

31:08
Brilliant.

31:08
It's great.

31:09
Very exciting times ahead.

31:10
So Connor, yeah busy, busy, but exciting.

31:17
Say that again Connor Busy, busy but exciting period ahead.

31:22
That's for sure.

31:23
Uh Connor, can you talk to me about the languages supported within the, within the products?

31:30
Yeah.

31:30
So I, I assume this question is probably particularly for the SAT elements.

31:33
So, so right now it's English, Umm, in the near term, umm, you know, by Q4, we're going to start beginning multiple languages for our phishing simulation solution and SAT solution too as well.

31:43
So, you know, our training content will be translated.

31:46
You'll have, you know, different subtitles and your phishing simulation emails will also be we'll probably, you know, lead into the probably top six or seven most popular languages to begin with and then roll it out over the different regions.

31:58
But for for go live, it's English to begin with, but we do have multilingual support on the road map near term Rd Brilliant Sounds good.

32:09
Okay, so I think we'll wrap it up there.

32:11
Connor.

32:11
Um, I think we've covered a lot of the questions.

32:14
Any that we didn't, um answer, we'll contact you directly.

32:19
Um, and just to highlight again before we finish up, um that we have that pricing offer available up until the 30th.

32:26
So after I end this webinar, a survey will pop up.

32:30
So if you would like to learn more about the pricing offer, just let us know and we'll reach out to you with the details before that expires.

32:38
I just want to say, Connor, thank you so much.

32:40
I really appreciate your time.

32:40
I know how busy you are and you'd probably hate to see my name coming in the emails when I've asked you to a webinar, but I really appreciate your time.

32:48
I think it was really great and great to see the products come on so well and great deep dive into them.

32:53
So appreciate your time on it.

32:56
Yeah, I'm not allowed to look.

32:57
Yeah, great to do these webinars and, and, and just highlight the the great work of the team that are behind us and what they're doing.

33:02
And I think, as you said, really exciting times ahead for for Titan HQ.

33:06
And look, Brian, that's on the call as well and wants to reach out directly to, you know, speak about the products or the future road map, you know, happy to happy to feel some questions.

33:14
If you want to reach out to me directly or be a trivia.

33:17
Very, very happy to have a call.

33:19
Brilliant.

33:20
Thanks, Connor, and thank you all for attending.

33:22
We hope to see you on the next one.

33:24
Thanks.

33:24
Enjoy the rest of your day.

33:27
