WebTitan is easy to set up and manage, can filter by user, group or IP address. TitanHQ's customer service is excellent and they helped us set up the product very quickly, any configuration issues were resolved within hours. WebTitan's reports are very good and quick to run. There is very low maintenance once WebTitan is set up.
