We are a non-profit agency, and OpenDNS just plain could not meet our needs on price or functionality.  Specifically, that type of functionality we need, came with an astronomical price tag and no NPO discounts. We use WebTitan Gateway (on premises, not cloud) and we absolutely love it. WebTitan is great, the support is great, and since we are using it, I shouldn't have to say that the price was great.
